Just wondering, if I were to ask for a room that wasn't on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd floor would they allow me to be in a room on a higher level or do I just have to deal with it, I saw some on the first floor (outside) but I want to be on a higher level

Contacting them directly prior to your visit gives the hotel a chance to accommodate your wishes.

If they have availability I believe they will accommodate you. I f you have a reservation I would call hotel direct in advance and put in a request.
