Major problems were the lack of parking in which you have to pay for, why pay for parking when we aren't even guaranteed parking at the hotel. The second level parking had this weird ledge on the ramp to get up and it scraps the bottom of the car and makes a terrible noise. Rooms were clean and nice, a lot of towels but not a lot of toilet paper. Loved the fitness center, pool, jacuzzi and grill. 4/5

Great Customer Service. The staff who checked us in was so friendly and very personable. The rooms (and public restrooms) were clean and quiet. They also have a nice lounge. Only thing I missed was having a vending machine on our floor. But I would definitely recommend this place.

Everything about this place was great. When I called I got great service, when we checked in we got great, friendly service, when we had a question they were very friendly, when we checked out we had great, friendly service. They are located 5 minutes from the Long Beach Airport and right off the highway. There is also a restaurant here, which we didn't eat at. But also within walking distance is plenty of other places to eat. This place is worth every penny spent. The beds are very comfortable, you will just melt into the bed. They also have a shuttle to the airport and to the cruise port.

Positive: Nothing the way they treated me and the location of my room was enough for me to never return. They give you the worse rooms they can if you book via third party. Negative: Staff at this hotel have an attitude toward third party guests and those who travel with their service animals. I received no hello or welcome to holiday inn all I got was Is That a Service Animal? I guess his best was not the tell tale on that enough.
