We had a wonderful stay. Paid a bit more, but well worth every penny. Will definitely consider staying again. Staff was very accommodating. Coffee at the Cafe was pretty darn good too. Special thanks to Jose for helping us with luggage, while being friendly with a warm smile!

hotel was beautiful as well as the view from the room. our room was perfect and the hotel pool was also awesome. what made it the best was Aldo the Chef from the restaurant downstairs. he went out of his way to make sure we had good food and it was amazing food! come down and meet Aldo!

The hotel smells fresh and clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The building is new, room is spacious, bedding/ pillows are super comfy . We didn’t have chance to use the pool, hopefully we will be back early soon. Only downside is $33 parking. I wish they had more activities for kids like other Hyatt. Other than that, everything is good.

Very comfortable clean room. Nice staff and a delicious Cafe (Market Cafe and bar). We had breakfast, pizza, burger and chicken sandwich over 3 days. All excellent! And great cocktails at the bar! Close to lots of fun and shopping. Room with a view across from the Queen Mary.

They do not have Cruise shuttles. I used Uber it was not very expensive.

Long Beach has free bus. The passport bus does. Pine Ave where Hyatt is to Queen Mary where the cruise ships are. Enjoy
Pets are allowed, but there is a $100 pet cleaning fee and you cant leave the pet alone in the room at any time.
You have to ask and ask for references because they may charge you

Long Beach Grand Prix concourse runs over 3 streets... Queensway Drive being the main Street and The Hyatt hotel has a spectacular view .
Normally $320 plus 29 dollars for parking.
You don't have to pay if you staying there you can use your room to swipe the checker parking when you leave
Hope I can help it was something like $10 an hour parking we were there like hour and a half two hours it was like $25 -$30 parking that was a surprise ,check to be safe .
