They have so many customers daily, it's impossible for them to stay on the phones. Customer service is great, I suggest NOT going on a weekend or evening! Or you may be in line for a while.
Be prepared to spend a few hours there for a simple return.
Yes that's best thing to do go wright to customer service that way you speak to them face to face and you don't get any b s over the phone

Yeah Ikea is impossibly hard to call. Your best bet is to go into store. Speak to you the people at the help desk to the side of the checkout Lanes they're pretty good when you're in person.
