How does one make an appointment to sit down with an ikea member to design, order, and pay for ikea kitchen? We've tried calling Ikea Renton multiple times with no answer and I've emailed 3x this week.

I'd reccomend going into the store. Probably earlier in the day.

There's actually a section of the store, I believe by the kitchen cabinets where there is usually an employee and a kiosk for ordering entire rooms and larger sections like appliances and whatnot.
