Definitely go on a weekday if possible. Waiting that long tells me your callback got lost in the shuffle.
They never answered for me. IKEA is going downhill fast. Quality is getting worse too.
They have reduce their staff. Like others have pointed out it's best to go in person and even then it's hard to get help. I was there a few weeks ago and I wasn't able to find anyone. Good luck
I found it best to go in and speak with someone. It doesn't seem like they have consistent staffing to wait on someone.
