The phone service is horrible. In order to reach one service, to ask one question, my line was paged over three times, and still didn't receive an answer. Something they'll get fined for if I filled the complaint but, hey.

I'm sorry that you experienced this, but I didn't not have that problem when I called Walmart for information on the phone.
