Rosa, one of the Kohl's cashiers was the most pleasant, sweet, professional department store employees I've come across in a long long time!! I've been to this location twice recently within a month, because of that good o'l Kohl's cash!! LOL The second time, I intentionally waited to pay at her register. And guess what?? She remembered me! Both times she helped me with my purchases, she was thorough, thoughtful, patient and knew her merchandise well. She smiled though the entire transaction!! Where do you find this type of service nowadays?? You just don't!! Both times during my recent purchases at Kohl's, I bought a lot of clothes! Over $500+ each time...I needed clothes!! And both times, I received consistent well mannered and well respectful treatment from Rosa. When I return again to this location, I will be looking for her in particular, and let me tell you...I will be going and waiting just to pay at her register! These days it seems like many employees have lost their quality, integrity and work ethic!!! Good service is difficult to come by and when you receive it...it makes a HUGE difference!!! Rosa has GREAT QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! GREAT WORK ETHIC and GREAT SKILLS FULL of INTEGRITY!! I REALLY hope Kohl's management reads theirs reviews and rewards and acknowledges their employees!! Rosa is a winner!! And a keeper!! You go girl!!! Bravo!!!

My visit here at Kohl's wasn't to go shopping, but to drop off a purchased item from Amazon. Kohl's is one of many locations that works with customers of Amazon, and allows customers to drop off their returned items going back to Amazon or affiliates. I guess it would be a Kohl's customer service employee that helped me out during my visit. The Kohl's employee was very nice and helpful and process my three returned items in under 5 mins. So, if your with in close proximity to Kohl's and you have a Amazon item to return give Kohl's a shot. No need to repackage or print out any shipping labels, Kohl's does it all.

This particular Kohl's location is pretty clean and the employees are quick and seem genuinely nice. If you're in a hurry, I wouldn't recommend it though. Besides trying to find a parking spot amongst the crazy, hurried souls driving throughout the parking lot, the line inside can get long quick. It moves, but maybe a visit during off hours would be better. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Nice selection of stuff and good variety of sizes. I'll be back AFTER the holidays, on a day during the week ...and early!
