Yes. First time donors have to complete a urinalysis and urine substance screening. If you test positive, it is a permanant deferral. Return donors have every donation substance screened after donation. If you come to the center smelling like marijuana you will get a warning and deferred for the day. If it happens again you will be permanently deferred.
