This location is not one I recommend. Due to its location, negative staff, restraunt is poorly maintaine both inside and out and the food is questionable at best. I highly recommend the oakdale location instead. Awesome comfort food, recently remodeled both inside and out, large menu that has a little something for everyone, very reasonably priced, great for larger groups, definitely a place you can dine alone.
My family ate at the same IHOP a month ago paid 45.00 plus tip came got sick threw up son got the diarrhea from same place. Beware that's all I can say.

That seems to happen a lot. They also over the phone are participating in advertised deals when you get there and order out then they don't.
Ive heard that before as well about the lack of heat, sadly.
Maplewood ihop is a terrible restaurant the management there sucks so much and the service is terrible
