Horrible experience with curbside take out. Arrived on time for my order and notified the app that I had arrived for my order. After about 10 mins and no one came out with my food, so I called the restaurant and was told that they were still working on my order. Another 10 mins and nothing. Went inside and after lots of confusion about where my order was, I was finally told that they gave my order to the wrong person. And assured that if I stayed my order would be bummed to the front of the cook line and wouldnt take very long and my food would be hot off the stove. So I stayed and what a big mistake because after another 15 mins still no food. I had to ask again when my food would be ready, and was told they were working on it. So after being at ihop for over 1 hour and 30 mins, I finally got my food. Food was okay, and not warm. Employees did not acknowledge that it was their fault and offered to reimburse our meal or even give a discount for the inconvenience of waiting there for that long. Very disappointed and will not being going back again.

Papa was incredibly good at keeping everything moving and engaging with the customers. The rest of the staff also did well but Papa was the driving force of a very enjoyable breakfast.

Went to have a quick breakfast but an hour later I was still waiting for my second order of all you can eat pancakes. After waiting that long the rest of my food was cold and I was ready to leave! Sorry but if you're going to have a special you should be able to fill it a little quicker then 20 minutes in between orders!!

This wasn't a good experience, at all. The food was luke warm to supposedly cook to order. The place was a mess! The glass the water was served in was stained. Table had been wiped with what seemed to be a dirty towel, the food was covered in a layer of noticable dust and food crumbs as if it hadn't been sweep either by the night crew or the morning crew. I was there early so it wasn't a crowd and it hasn't been extra busy due to covid so the cleaning routine is just being undone🤷🏾‍♂️💯
