I’ve been here a few times and never had this experience. I just hope you guys are more careful next time with how you prep your food. I was here yesterday and ordered a bowl to go. Once I got home I started eating and bit into a piece of thick plastic. There was also another small piece of plastic I also found. So to anyone coming here be careful !

Super slow service. They had several staff members there, they had just opened at 10:45, they were all sitting and eating. We (customers) waiting outside to get in. When we do, we're told we have to wait because his staff was on a "break" and becausethey had a lot of online orders. How are you on a break when you just opened for the day??? You should just do online orders only then if you can't service your in store customers. No brainer.

Although staff was really quick and friendly, my partner got food poisoning from their pollo asada. When eating it they knew something was off and they only had a few bites. Followed by being sick for hours and unable to sleep through the night. We won’t be going back here

Walked in around 7:20pm on12/8/21 and the team was killin' it! Fantastic customer service by the first guy who was also running the grill. He was super fast and friendly and made a perfect order. Will be back! The whole crew was working hard.
