Since its a shore store they usually don't put there seasonal items on sale. Check one of the offshore Acmes. Somers point or Mays Landing.
I called and they said they are not currently on sale/clearance and there is not a plan to change the pricing.
Some stores, off shore & on shore, will put summer items on sale/clearance towards the end of the season. Most stores located on the islands are smaller than the off shore stores they lack the storage space for these items, so it all depends on how many are left at the end and what kind of storage space they have for what's left.
