Call or approach the front desk they will have or should have a copy of your ticket that is purchased online! because it's kind of a numeric thing once it's purchased online it's like going to a baseball game or football game online to the stadium they all have a copy of it! Good morning Felicia, if you have a Cinemark account your ticket purchases are saved. Just sign in and click the 3 lines in the left hand corner and then click on my tickets. If you don't it should have been emailed to you. You can also do what Earl suggested. Blessed be.
