I had to visit this pharmacy at least 3X last weeks, and most of the times, the customer care left a lot to be desired at this location, due to a couple of employees that are probably overworked and/dislike their occupation. However, on Wednesday 25th Jocelyn saved the day. She was so personable and helpful. She even assisted us with an issue with the insurance-issued price for the Rx. NEVER COME HERE FOR A COVID TEST! I scheduled a covid test to go out of the country. I scheduled it two weeks before my trip because I needed it in a certain time frame. When I went to this CVS, they told me thier printer doesn't work and they can't do tests. They didn't offer to reschedule or help me find a store with tests.

Can’t speak with anyone in pharmacy and I’ve made several calls(different days & time of day). I had 9 prescriptions transferred to CVS and on app it says contact pharmacy for refills. Im trying why because there were refills available when transferred.CVS 480 Glen St North, Fayetteville Ga 30214
