I don't think they do but at 1340 frankford ave there's a Lutheran Settlement House deals with people in need of food shelter and clothing associated with a food pantry philabundance and the share food program GED school and domestic violence. All in one building

I'm unsure if they have a free food bank. But you can call 211 from any phone option #1 for a listing of local food banks.
