I don't think they do but at 1340 frankford ave there's a Lutheran Settlement House deals with people in need of food shelter and clothing associated with a food pantry philabundance and the share food program GED school and domestic violence. All in one building

Some places are chilled throughout the various buildings... I go there all the time.. Never had a problem with the temperature...
You can order pkg online at there website. You can pick up on the 26th this month order by the 15. You can pay in cash or w snap. You can ask them when you pick up up volunteer oportunities.

They are open Monday thru Saturday... They do food delivery to all the counties... Everyday you can go there to get food, fresh produce and receive food vouchers...

Theres no menu its a ware house where churches get food at n sumwhere where u can do community service at
