Enjera is made with teff flour, which IS gluten free. The thing to ask is if they add any wheat. I believe Gosh's is made with only teff flour.
I believe I saw a Gf option on the menu.
They serve rice instead of bread if you're gluten-free.
I'm not sure. I will say this is an extremely traditional restaurant and being so they may not pay much attention to dietary restrictions. That being said, their menu revolves around Ethiopian style food and does not rely heavily on grains.
