Only part of the games are available in the morning/early afternoon. The remainder of the barcade opens later in the afternoon. They're pretty okay with kids at any time, as long as you're vigilant with them.
As far as I know all ages all day yes. they have an arcade attached to the store and that's were beers are sold.
