Called Walmart this afternoon and was left on hold when I asked for a manager.. also when we ask for a manager in person, we are told that they do not know where they are... It is a disgrace that the wheelchairs with carts are in atrocious condition

All I can suggest is that you keep calling until you get the manager.

We are just regular people with cell phones. We do NOT work for Wal Mart.
