Employee 710953170458 gave a discount to a lady on the condition that there were no returns and that it was the last item of its kind on the floor. I went up to the same employee and requested the same discount since the item I had was the last one on the floor and that I wasn’t going to return. I explained to her that I watched the previous transaction she had in Spanish with the customers and that I wanted the same treatment. Employee refused. This Macy’s gives out selective discounts based on the employee’s mood and whether the customer is paying cash or card.

I was looking for a jacket for my brother. I visit couple Macy's and couldn't find the right size. Finally came in this place. Couldn't find the size I need, thanks God there is a employee Lisa B, she work at man section. she is an angel. Not only she show me where will be the jacket, she went inside the storage room and bring the right size jacket for my brother. God bless you Lisa, employee like you bring the business for all this company.

I love this Macy's The staff is always friendly and helpful. I found this beautiful dress today for a wedding I'm attending. Thanks 😊 I'm looking forward to coming back and finding the perfect shoes to match. This Macy's was empty but full of things to purchase. Took me one minute to find an attendant to help me and I was in-and-out thanks Macy's for keeping your place clean during covid and staffed
