If you want to know about this company talk with someone who has filled a claim. To lose your home is devastating enough, but to have absolutely no help from your insurance company really is a kick in the teeth. They are certainly good at their job. Too bad for me they don’t work for me. They work for Michigan Basic.

This establishment is an Insurance company for property. I was disappointed that they wouldn't replace my garage, after it felled apart over the years of bad weather & trees dropping against it. They blamed it on years of wear & tear😠😪, but they did replace my roof🙏. & I called 1 day for info, & although, I did receive the info, I could hear it in the secretary voice, that they weren't in a "hospitable or professional" mood😠🤦. But thanks for the requested, & much needed info.

Why not the state require that every driver be insured. So they should provide it at a fair cost. The same as home owners insurance. Mich basics. Auto insurance! There is a good foundation fund the Mcca. It don't take a rocket scientist!
