You can go online to Walmart Mexico and pay it here, that's what we did when we bought a refrigerator for my mother-in-law, we payed for it here and they delivered it over there
You can order it online and have it delivered to him in Mexico. Shipping is more, though.
Not sure, you should contact customer service sometimes they don't have the same products overseas.
