Could be lack of pay, dignity and respect from the employer. Even personal problems brought in from work. Does it justify? No no it shouldn't. But I get it. It really sucks
Because they are ocerworked and underpaid, to add insult to injury, customers are stupid enough to think the store exists solely because of them

The stores do solely exist because of the customers, Manuel. Try opening a store or a restaurant, hire a bunch of people and don't let any customers in. See how long your business lasts....
Every employee I have encountered is very polite. This is my home store and I have not had any problems at all. I think we need to change our attitudes and our approach to others. 😀
