About a couple hours

I've never had them tell me to get out after hours of being there. As long as it's not at capacity, they usually let you go. Love Urban Air because I feel I get my $$$ worth. Holiday weeks are tough but other than that, it's crowded but I like before noon or dinner time best. They have food and beer/wine/kid drinks. Or eat before you go and get a treat when you leave.

Hi Kayla, Thanks for your interest in coming to Urban Air! If you are trying to avoid crowds, the best time to come is when we open (10am on the weekends) or toward the end of the day (after 4pm or 5pm). We tend to get busy in the middle of the day as that's when most birthday parties are booked and people finishing organized morning activities (sports, religious services, etc.) come in. Weekdays are a great time to visit because we are generally not very crowded. We are open from 4pm-8pm Monday - Thursday and we close at 11pm on Fridays (although Fridays are busier than the other weekdays). Our passes each have a time associated with them. Basic pass is 60 minutes, Deluxe is 90 and Ultimate is 2.5 hours. However, we only call off wristbands when we are very busy (school vacations and very busy weekends). Our preference is to NOT ask people to leave! We hope to see you soon!

We like to go early on the weekends. Not as busy and get our money's worth
