My 3 year old loves the tubes playground. If you can make it between 10-12 on Wednesday or Friday, it is just for toddlers. We got the membership and got both days. I highly recommend it.

Hi Brendon, thanks for reaching out to us! As of April 15th, everything at Urban Air is open except the Warrior Course. That is closed until Phase 4, Step 2 of the Massachusetts Reopening Plan. Hope to see you soon!

Hi! Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, we are temporarily closed due to orders from Governor Baker. He rolled back all businesses in the state to Phase 3, Step 1. We are Phase 3, Step 2. We don't ever hit our capacity :) When it gets really busy in the park (school vacations, busy weekends with bad weather, etc.) we could have 350-450 in the park. It depends on how many parties and parents are in the park as well.

Hey Kimida, thanks for your question and interest in coming to the park! Each of our admission tickets comes with a time limit (Basic/60 minutes, Deluxe/90 minutes, Ultimate/150 minutes - we round up to the nearest hour). However, it is not our intent to kick you out. We usually only enforce our time limits when it is crazy busy. We do this during school vacations and extremely busy weekends. Most of the time when you come to the park we do NOT enforce time limits. We usually put a sign out when limits are being enforced. Thanks!

It’s $15.99 for a Basic Pass (all trampolines and trapeze), $24.99 for Deluxe (adds Warrior Course, Battle Beam and Tubes Playground) and $30.99 for Ultimate (adds Sky Rider, Ropes Course and Climbing Walls). Socks are $3 and you can use them again the next time you come :)

Come on down. The park is open 7 days a week. The Sky Rider zipline is included in the Ultimate Package and requires riders are at least 48” tall.

Hi Kaitlin, on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10-12 we host Jumperoo. It is for children 5 and under to have fun at the park for only $10. Parents are free. Trampolines, indoor playground, airbag attractions and a foam pit are open exclusively for the little ones. Come check us out.

Hi Francesca thank you for reaching out. Urban Air offers two dedicated areas to smaller children. We have a separate trampoline area for 7 and under. We also have a two story enclosed playground with slides, obstacles and jumping. This is called the Tubes Playground and is limited to kids 52" and shorter. Kids 5 & Under get a discounted rate of only $9.99 and parents can join them with our Parent Pass which costs only $6.99. Come on down and enjoy yourself. Hope this helps.

It really depends on what day of the year it is if it's summer then the lines are going to be extremely long because kids are have summer vacation

No, you only pay if you use the equipment. I do recommend giving it a try though, it's a blast!

It's broken down into packages. $15 geys you just trampolines, $23 gets you everything but the zipline coaster, $28 gets you everything. No real time limits on any package.

A basic pass gets you an hour, a Deluxe gets you an hour and a half and an Ultimate gets you two and a half hours!
