Yes, they take DEBIT cards for Western Union, both money orders and sending money. You MUST use your PIN. They do not, however, take CREDIT cards for Western Union, and I doubt any location does. You need to be careful if your card works as both a debit and credit card and make sure you choose DEBIT on the payment screen.

If you are trying to make a Western Union purchase then yes you can use a debit card to do that. If you're talking about something else I'm not sure.
