From inside the box lid: Preheat oven to 400F. Position oven rack to middle of the oven. If desired, brush pies with egg wash (1 egg yolk and 1.5tbsp water). Place pies on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 mins, or until golden brown.
Bake in oven approx 35 min at 350 - enjoy!
