Absolutely unbelievable!! No help whatsoever. Would not even talk to my fiancé and attempt to walk her through the steps on her My Verizon account to make what he calls a “simple change”. Repeated multiple times she should just call customer service. The manager seemed as though he could not care any less and did not attempt to solve the problem in any way. He didn’t even have the decency to ask what the problem was. I haven’t witnessed this level apathy in years. Unfortunately there will not be another chance to prove themselves capable of even the simplest tasks. We will be changing to t-mobile within a few days. But hey, maybe they can afford to lose customers like this. I should have read the reviews. Obviously this store is rife with lackadaisical ineptitude.

The protection plan was NEVER discussed, yet added on and we found out it was added on without them ever telling us a couple days later. We also asked about the switchover bill payment deal, and was told that had "expired" and isn't offered anymore. (Which was weird, because we were at another location right before we came to this location and the offer was still going on and even mentioned, but they didnt have the phones in stock so we came over to this location) not a fan of shady add ons.

Don't go here with any problems, or questions. My wife's phone was on the fritz an after waiting almost 20 minutes, the guy tells her he can't help her, I'm just a salesman. Sent her to another place which was closed. Came back the next day right at opening and again we're giving a guy who couldn't answer any of our questions. I literally stood there and listened as my wife talked and he told her" I don't know "17 times. I remember a time when you could go into Verizon and even if you had to wait a little longer than normal the people working there would go out of their way to help you and find out what your problems with your phone were but now I guess they're just salespeople when we're ready to get new phones we will not be coming back to Verizon if this is the way you're going to treat your customers then we are going to go somewhere else. The only reason you got one star is because it wouldn't give me a choice of minus stars.

The sales associate I worked with was extremely rude and pushy. When I politely declined adding insurance for my new phone after having it verbally explained to me, she proceeded to hand write a list of everything I am missing out on and then pushed it in my face. She rolled her eyes when I declined buying a phone with increased storage (which I don’t need), and lied about us being charged for going over data (which we haven’t been) in order to sell me a more expensive plan. When I pulled up our billing, she just said “oops” and told me it was impossible to go back to our old plan because she had already changed it. She tried to take advantage of me at every turn, and I was not given accurate advice - just whatever would make her more money. I will not be returning to this location, I hope to prevent other people from being taken advantage of here. Update: I emailed Verizon as they requested below and they never responded.
