Worst restaurant I ever been to
Don't go to this restaurant if you hungry....waste of time
Unless I get here when they first open I don't even bother with them...have better luck at the one on 29
This popeye's needs to be closed down.. cause their Customer Service and service just sucks .. hopefully u can get cooked chicken 🐔
I had a bad customer experience here today as always. I think it's a Leadership problem and it is influencing on the other team members if you watch their body language.
This Popeyes needs to closed down, they always have bad attitudes ..you wait in line more then 30 minutes then when you get around to order they cut you off and tell you the food is sold out instead of already having the sign up in place so the customers can see it...when you called the corporate line nothing is done about the issues you have at this location...Also the other worse location is stone mountain highway...I had a manager take my food and throw it across the way into the trash all because I went inside after placing my order thru drive thru ( the food was cold)...so I went inside for fresh food...the workers seems to be scared of the manager...I ask for fresh food and the manager went nuts in of the costumers on me...( I could of reacted to her but I didn't) and called corporate and also asked for updated ...nothing was done about the manager
