This was my second day here trying to buy car stereo speakers. First day we nobody came over second day we did waited over 40 minutes got on the list and everything nobody came over I turned up the music checking out the speakers for a while nobody came over oh by the way they have some huge large crate in the way that’s been there for two days as well you can hardly get to the speakers and look at them see photo that’s been sitting there as well in front of the display .

This Best Buy has friendly customer service reps. A little smaller than the Duluth and Mall of GA locations but would rather just ship to home if not available at this location. Exterior is clean and parking is not bad. The blue exterior could use a fresh coat of paint. Next door to Home Goods and Sports Clips.

Facility was neat and staff attentive. I was greeted and directed to where I was seeking assistance- The Geek Squad! There I received assistance from a very polite professional "Geek". He listened to my issue with my laptop and presented options. Then uploaded my new software. He explained everything and was very patient with me. I also observed the other Geeks providing excellent service to customers. I also purchased another item at the main checkout and observed helpful knowledgeable staff. I was very pleased with my overall Best Buy Geek and shopping experience!

Ordered and paid online. Got multiple text messages that is was ready for pick up. Got to the store for curbside pick up & app said it would be approximately 6 minutes. That's when the countdown stopped. 15 minutes later I have to go in to store to get it. Not one person in geek squad. Items were not ready. Had to get the door person to assist. Not a good experience.

I tried to return something and the guy at the desk left for lunch and left 5 upset customers with no one to help. I tried to get the manager to come out and help bit everyone there laughed when I told them I needed help .
Mask is a must and you have to check in with host plus there is Hand sanitizor everywhere through out the store
Free for any appliance purchase $399 and up and removal of old appliances for a fee.

From what I saw online no, I didn't know laptop nowadays still come with cd/DVD hard drive. Most printers now should be able to hookup wireless. If this isn't what you mean just ignore my post. Cheers

Get it to the store of purchase PDQ. Best Buy is very good on these issues. In house Geek Squad.
