NEVER submit an order for pickup (especially for cosmetics) at this location. Your item will be stolen by a store associate & instead of admitting it they will create some elaborate lie. You will be refunded, but it will be a complete and total waste of time.

I always like Kohl's. They have good deals and rewards programs. Shopping their website is really easy, especially compared to some other sites whose pages just never load. Curbside pickup at this store, I think no longer exists, having been replaced by some weird in-store self-pickup, which is located at the back of the store with numbered bins. I'm guessing it's an idea in the making, but it seems to need a lot more thought. There's always lots of parking and getting into the store is easy. Conveniently located next to Wal-Mart.

They have a great sale going on right now. I had a giftcard to spend. I found some great deals. They are a little short handed so have patience. They only had one cashier. Store was clean.

Prices are good but store looked like Kmart before going out of business. Nothing was cleaned. Dust on all displays. Most items not in the area where the price tag was. And I am extremely disappointed in a store that will not allow the employees to accept a Christmas gift. First and last time I will shop here. Stopped in with my wife for last bit of Christmas shopping to see multiple employees walking around randomly and never asking us if we needed any assistance. Then one nice young girl who was extremely helpful worked with us to find what we needed, so we decided to give her a Christmas tip and she panicked saying she would loose her job. We asked a manager about this and she told us that this was store policy and that they would loose their job if they accepted gifts. I can only guess this is to not give incentives to good employees that actually help customers so as not to upset the others that just aimlessly wonder around and collect a check but never help anyone.
