Actually, Anthony, I think it's the other way around. Capital One bought ING. I used to be a customer of them. One of the first online banks. But to answer Kevin's question, they are a good bank that offers most stuff that traditional banks offer.
Yes they are a traditional bank. They are owned by ING Direct a British banking Co.
