The branch closes at 12pm on Saturday and I got there at 11:30am. I was turned away because they said it was too close to closing time. All I wanted to do was open a checking account. I went over to TD Bank in White Plains right after and they close at 12pm too. They were happy to take my business.

This is not okay !!!!! Two years and the same bullshit with this atm I went to make a deposit last night and it took my cash didn’t credit my account !!!!!! Know who’s going to refund me iv had it with this bank !!!!!!!

Actually, Anthony, I think it's the other way around. Capital One bought ING. I used to be a customer of them. One of the first online banks. But to answer Kevin's question, they are a good bank that offers most stuff that traditional banks offer.
