Hi Annette! The Steak Tartare is a regular menu item and it's very rare that we don't have it. Only if the demand is unusually much higher that week. You are always welcome to call before you plan on coming in or making a reservation and our friendly staff will let you know if we have it at that moment! Hope this helps!
No happy hour but they run carpe vinum Monday thru Friday from 5-630, where they offer a variety of open bottle wines for $6 a glass. It's a great opportunity to try different wines at a great price (most are typically over $10!) In addition to the regular menu, the bar also offers it's own menu with some sharable appetizers, a burger, and some smaller plates.
