Very understanding and helpful, very professional and comforting. I get extremely nervous with any Dr appointment and this is one of the first times I was comfortable with talking to the Dr

I haven't even gone there yet, but just dealing with the receptionist she was very rude and was trying to rush me off the phone like she had a million and one things to do. I understand its a stressful job and hell I have a stressful job too but I would never treat someone like she did especially a new patient. If it was up to me I would go somewhere else to get my card done but this is the closest Marijuana doctor to me and I NEED IT for my schizophrenia and my panic attacks ( I know schizophrenia isn't on the list but weed helps a lot with mine )

I was happy to not have to leave my house. I learned a few things from from the doctor that was specific to me. I had no doubt that he actually read my history & med list. Very thorough & I will use them again if available to me. Thank you.

Going into getting my Medical Marijuana Card I was REALLY nervous... Then I went to my appointment... The staff first the foremost were AMAZING they made me feel comfortable and welcome even though I was obviously anxious (I also am deeply afraid of doctors appointments in general). Truly compassionate and caring staff and doctor.
