Is there a firm date for the closing of downtown seattle?

Not yet.

I spoke with the manager and she did not know about the exact date. All she said was that the building that 13 Coins is at right now has been sold and bought by someone else and they would be moving down by King Street Station. Her best guess was sometime before the new year. Sorry, I can't be of more help.
