Same. Nobody cares. Tina B, the manager, acts like nothing can touch her. Because it can't. One of her employees tried to lure my 9yo away from me with stickers and when I complained she couldn't care less. I had to start shopping elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

I would definitely get the number of the corporate office and report this issue. This is unacceptable.
