I’m so sad this store has gone so downhill since the change in ownership. It used to be my favorite. Not too crowded, not needlessly big, and you always knew you were getting a good deal. It was a place where someone following the Paleo diet could get grass-fed beef, wild caught fish, and fresh produce without taking out a second mortgage. Now the NOSH section which is supposed to be stocked with health food, is comprised mostly of junk food. The produce is often old or no one has stocked it from the back. The fish section is dwindling. The prices have gone up across the board. There is also been an issue with basic items not being stocked. They have been out of dishwashing detergent, sealable sandwich size ziplocks, and they haven’t had Kleenex for several months. What the owners need to understand is that customers like me don’t walk into a grocery store without spending at least $60. Usually more like $150. So if I have to go to another store, your location is losing a lot more than $1.99 for Kleenex. I’m going to buy many other items at your competitor that I would have otherwise bought from you. It would behoove you to make your store a one-stop shop. And lastly, the check-out experience at the Bremerton Grocery Outlet is infuriating. The checkers will shame you if you don’t bring your own bags. They demand to know up front how many you will be purchasing. Before bagging your groceries ??? I have purchased several of their reusable bags, but when you bring those the checkers act like they have Covid cooties and as a customer you have to bag your own groceries. Which I would be okay with if so many checkers didn’t have the habit of moving on to the next customer before I’m done. Then I’m left to feel like I’m holding up the show as the next customer’s items start being placed in the bagging area. It’s rude and the policy makes no sense given that me and 10 other people have touched every item in my cart. Why would reusable bags be the only contagion concern? I am one bad experience away from finding another grocery store. Maybe I can come back after the store changes ownership again. I imagine it will, because it has to be losing a great deal of business.

They are helpful and friendly just need to watch the dates but that's normal for me everywhere I go!! They all ways have what I need thank you grocery outlet for being so good to me!! 💞

Always a good time here finding new things and available favorites. Wine selection is great but not so much lately...not one Pinot Grigio on the shelves 😓 and whoever is ordering should step up their game
