Is the line always that long all the time? I just moved to town and went by this evening. There were like 50-60 people lined up outside just waiting to get in. Is that standard? How long does it actually to get in, out, and on with your day?

Yes if you haven't pre-ordered on-line. It is kind of an exaggerated process, There are 2 lines. One is for customers who've pre-order their product. The other line is just for walk-ins aka the long line u see. I pre order and waited no longer than 30mins.

Yes. Those are people who just show up to buy. You can get in quicker if you order online and get a confirmation message to come in. The reservation line only took about 10 minutes after I got the confirmation message. Just showing up you'll be in two long lines. One outside and one inside.

We are the busiest store in the country. Or something. 2500 people a day. However it is slowly getting better and better as new shops open and new suppliers bloom.please visit and be patient. Weekend seem worse but I have gotten in and out in less than a half hour many times.
