You can purchase up to the limits set by the dispensary. This particular location has the lowest limits in the area. If you need more quantity please look at the other dispensaries.
You need a valid ID. I have NY driver license and I was able to buy without a problem.
You can not buy an ounce of Recreational. I think an eighth is the most you can get, I think you just need a valid Mass ID or Passport showing that you are over 21.
No, it's recreationally legal to purchase and use in private in MA even without local residence. Taking it across state lines, on the other hand, would be a no-no.
