They absolutely nnever answer
I had a tricky experience also. I added an item after I placed my order online and they dont allow that (which I didn't know) and they canceled they first one. So, instead of adding the single cartridge to my larger order, they sold me the add on and then I had to go get back in line and stand in the rain for 20 mins to get the rest of my order. Lame. HOWEVER, the staff was super nice and I understand that they are overwhelmed because it's the only rec dispensary around. Once you're in, its fast, as long as you order online. If you have questions, you are gonna have to be patient and wait for your turn in the walk in line. And yes, dont bother calling. FYI: The add on item was a cheap ($35) Apex RemPen cartridge...its awful....really bad. I know better and I should have stuck with a pure distillate.
Calling them is going to do absolutely nothing. My husband and I visited Boston for 4 days about a month ago in visited that store every single day the easiest process is to order online wait for your confirmation that it is ready for pick up and then go wait in the order line which is at least 30 minutes on average A-day. Hands down they are the best experience I have have at a dispensary U 100% can not order by phone!
You can't order by phone. They have an order ahead service, but you hardly ever need it. I've never waited very long, maybe 25 minutes, at most.
Thought it was just me. I've had the worst experience so far trying to make a purchase at this place, we're talking maybe worse than dealing with comcast. It's unbelievable
