Why is the service for drive-thru a 10 minute wait between orders and the second lane is "closed" at 11pm? Had 5 cars waiting behind me with one car at the window.

No social lives after work, they didn't even wash uniform or iron. And they don't have any Pride in their work.

Staffing based on data most likely. Lowers overhead but things like that will happen.
