Its the only fast food restaurant in Ada they can do whatever to who ever they don't care
I have had good experiences. Very few wrong orders at any McDonald's
My experience was as a traveller, so to adress the negatives that are felt in this store's community, I suggest contacting management and go up the chain to the franchise owner, if need be because they want to correct problems, I'm sure. If you recieve poor quality food or service, go back right then, kindly, of course, to have the problem corrected. This first step will allow the floor management to begin to see problems and needs-the trends possibly causing the issues. Face it, if this is the only McDs in the area, as a community member, you have a vested economic as well as convenience issue to solve. Jobs for employees and having the chain in the area are pozitives for such a small village as Ada. Sure wish we had one in our little one!! Location is a huge factor in all of this too. But my biggest suggestion is lime I've said, communicate issues and help them BECOME a great store. Unless, you eant to take a drive much further OR open up a well run competitor for them. 😁
Almost every time I go in there they get my order wrong. I get tired of calling to tell them its wrong. Employees are unprofessional a lot of the time. Management needs to tighten up the reins or something. I've about quit going all together.

They don't seem to care about there job. Nor does the manager. If management dint care why would the employees.
