I ordered a $5 biggie bag, Jr bacon cheeseburger sandwich but I wanted NO cheese and NO tomato but add onion. The only thing that was does was they added onion. I'm usually not one to complain as I know mistakes happen but this isn't the first time my order has been messed up at this establishment. Over all the rest of the order which included a plain hamburger kids meal was all correct. Just frustrating...

(UPDATE: July 12, 2022): Went in for 3 breakfast sandwiches, said 3 fries at the end of the order, they let us sit at the intercom for a while and than told us too pull forward and than excluded our fries from the order and also never even told us how much the meal cost. I than pulled back around and went in too the restaurant and asked about the fries. The lady(looked like a manager, Blonde hair, older) said there's always applications(for employment) after I had told her this is the 3rd time they have messed up my order in a row. This place needs to change. Look at the other reviews. (January 2022) Ordered a Jalapeño popper burger, was asked what size I wanted and I said the triple(or whatever) and they gave me a single. Not only that but also forgot our fries. We drove up and around, back to the drive in window and as I was explaining what was wrong she closed the window on me and was rude.

This wendys is terrible. They NEVER get their orders right! You get home and realize that half your order is missing, then you back and you have to wait 20 minutes because they don't have what you ordered!!! This wendys needs to have more adult supervision especially in the evening!!! I went to wendys 2 times today once for breakfast and once again for supper, each time my order was wrong missing half of the order!! 2 times in one day they messed the order up!!! If I couId i would give zero stars they are so unorganized that they can't get one simple order correct!!!!!!!!!!! So here I sit waiting on something I paid for already when I placed the original order, and they knew I was coming back why would they not make sure they what I was coming for available!!!!!

Attention to detail is not a hard thing to accomplish for most people but apparently it is for the night crew at this Wendys. Tonight I ordered the Asiago Chicken sandwich with no lettuce or tomato. I was asked to pull forward because they were waiting on nuggets (my son had ordered the nugget meal). I waited for about 5-7 minutes then received my food. I made it home only to realize that the fries were ice cold and....the chicken sandwich I ordered (without lettuce and tomato) indeed had lettuce and tomato on it. Apparently it's to difficult to remember to omit the veggies from a sandwich when asked. Definitely not a 5 star experience. Next time around, I will check everything while sitting at the window so I can avoid another sub par experience with a simple food order. Thanks for nothing.
