Waited in line at the drive thru for 20 mins waiting on my food after I ordered lazy lazy people and my order was messed up

Pitcher this, your hungry as hell, in a hurry to get home to eat......... You ever order a custom buger, and absolutely will not eat a buger not made the way you ordered it...(example being, no pickle, no onions. You go to take your first bite, and BAMMMMM, 🤬🤬🤬🤬YOU GET EXTRA PICKLE & EXTRA ONIONS.... .. WTF😡😤😠🤬 OR YOU ORDER FOR YOUR PICKY A$$ WIFE & KIDS AND THEIR FOOD IS ALL SCREWED UP ALSO. 🤷

This time I lucked out and got a pleasant young lady at window. Such a different experience when you have pleasant helpful employees. Both lanes open and taking the orders quickly. So much better than last couple times. It doesn't kill you to b nice to people as ordering. A ittle customer care and patience would benefit us all

While the food is correct and everyone is very friendly, they never seem to have food ready at any time during the day. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, one car in line, line wrapped around the block, it's always pull up to the next window or pull to a spot and wait. Not a huge problem I can wait a few minutes, but it happens every time.
