I would not think you could bring a lizard to the mall
Call & ask.
There are no longer pet stores in the main mall but as long as it is well behaved I would think it would fall under like most other pets. Ie:clean up after it and don't let it it stuff it shouldn't, if it breaks anything or hurts a you pay for it, and if it gets sick ultamitly it is your responsibility. But the strip mall to the side has a vet and pet store you can definatly bring your lizerd there.
Sure. Just keep it in your pocket. I'm pretty sure there are rules for having your lizard out in public.
Not sure why you would, but if that is your desire, I am sure you would need special permission from the mall manager unless the lizard is a certified therapy/assist animal. I have never heard of a lizard being a therapy animal, so I would say no unless you have permission from the mall manager.
