Ultimate Shine Car Wash

Hello, We have been customers since April 25, 2022. We purchased the current deal of $9.95 first month and then increases to $26 (and change) after that. We have NEVER been so unhappy with a crawash membership. At first, it was great. After a few weeks and as current as approximately last week - we have been stuck inside 3 different times and had to wait (with soap on our vehicle) until the system was reset, have ONLY had rear wiper plastic cover put on 1 time (have been at least 15+ times), went through one time and NO soap and water smelled rotten, waited approximately 10 minutes (with a membership) to have gate raised but another vehicle that had just pulled up was allowed in before us, vacuums broke and not working and trash everywhere. Last but not least, ONLY one time (I believe was a manager) they pre-scrubbed our vehicle and tires fully. All other visits, it was half way done. And caused us to leave with patchy tires and bugs still all over the grill and hood. We drive a Cadillac Escalade and brought our business to your company. At the time of purchasing a membership, we expected to receive what great wash, service and vacuums we had then to continue. All we have received is a terrible irritation, service and mostly broken carwash. We ask that this situation be addressed at this location to prevent further customers from having to experience the problems we have. We also ask to be compensated for ALL of our troubles or a full refund of what we have paid so far (which hasn't been worth it ) or cancel our membership ! We look forward to hearing back from you soon !

Love this car wash. Good price. Car was very clean after. Vacuum works amazing with 2 different types of Vacuums always clean rags and window cleaner. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cleans car well and the vacs are strong, mats cleaner works great, suggest (3) times each for deep clean, towels and window cleaner most of the time supplied and also an air chuck to blow off water from in around all those places water gets to...

The automated part works well. Vacuum stations are pretty neat with the car matt machines. Best thing ever! But those two guys at the beginning. If they are there to use those those bushes to scrub peoples tires/wheels. They forgot to do mine at least. I probably would have considered a membership more fully if those guys actually did something. I didn't even get directions onto the track 🤷
