Only an initial appt needs to be for each new dispensary

They do ask that you schedule your first visit so the staff may sit down with you and explain the process. The appointment is very helpful especially to explain how the buying periods work and to help to identify strains best for your condition. You can just go in during their normal hours. Staff very knowledgeable. Patient and helpful they take great care with each person

No just go great customer service

You don't need an appointment, not even for your first visit. I would just call ahead of time so you know how busy they are and ask if there's someone who will be able to walk you through everything

I go on the same day once a month but yes call ahead of time to make a appointment and that should be your day each month
