Nope, out of state MMJ ID cards are not currently accepted anywhere in the state of NJ.

mike k | Dec 17, 2018

nope. its should be that of you hace a medal cannabis card. You should be able to use it at any state that has medical cannabis program because federal law says we can't travel with our medicine on airplanes and if it was any other kind of medicine pain medicine medicine for diabetes That's essential medicine that you need to take with you. cannabis is medicine essential medicine for a great number people so if we can't travel with it in our cars going through states that don't have medical cannabis programs or fly with it on airplanes we should be able to go or use our card in any state that has a medical medical cannabis program for that reason alone. In I don't know why they can't make a law like that it makes no sense especially if you're there on vacation it's not like you're going to be buying a lot see if you're there for a week or two you're not going to buy ounces people going to buy what they need while you're there. Even if you move there should be a Grace period .

Nj has the more restrictive program in the USA. 500$ for drs visits and registation fees before you can goto a dispensary. Takes 2 months from 1st drs visit to get qualified an receive your card to purchase.
